Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us most. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and famous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in all of us. And when we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. ~Nelson Mandela

Love this quote! The world would be a better place if we all understood who we are and what our potential is!

Here's the recipe!

8 oz chocolate (I used 1/2 milk & 1/2 semi-sweet) John's gma used 100% milk but I liked it this way!)

1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (not whipped)

1/3 butter

1 Tbl rum flavoring (or whatever flavoring you like, Its not the extract but the "flavoring"? if you can find it, john's gma gave me some of hers)

Melt chocolate in double boiler.
The water must be simmering not boiling hot. Melt chocolate slowly.
Add cream and mix well.
Remove from heat and add butter in small pieces. Mix well.
Cover, put in fridge until hardens (maybe even overnight)
Roll into balls and roll them into whatever topping you want! Keep in Fridge in airtight container until you are ready to serve, let them get to room temperature for the ultimate bite! mmmmmm

I rolled them in 3 different things. Some were in grated white chocolate, some in grated dark chocolate and some in cocoa powder.

Good luck!
Jessie
